30 DAYS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy. If you have any inquiries, please contact our customer support team via email, and a representative will resolve your request within 48 hours.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
  • Initiate Contact: Email us at info@elitesolez.com within 48 hours of delivery to start the process. Clearly state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange (exchanges are subject to size availability).
  • Timeframe: All returns must be shipped and completed within 30 days of receipt.
  • Required Details: To help us assess the issue, your request must include your order number, a summary of the problem (with photos if available), original packaging, logos, and any other relevant usage details.
  • Exchange Availability: Exchanges depend on current stock. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • Inspection & Tags: Returned items are inspected against our policy rules. If a product shows signs of rule violations, or if the original product tag is missing upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund or exchange will be denied.
Defective Products

If you receive a faulty item or an item that differs from your order, please email us at info@elitesolez.com within 48 hours.

To process your replacement or refund, please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product, and details regarding the issue. If the defect is determined to be a manufacturing error or faulty material, we will provide a replacement.

Order Cancellations
  • Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund with no penalties.
  • After 48 Hours: Canceling an order after 48 hours will result in a 25% deduction from your paid amount.
  • During Shipment: Canceling an order after it has been shipped or while it is in transit will result in a 25% deduction from your paid amount, plus applicable shipment charges.
