Returns:
We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. However, returns or refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances if the product arrives damaged or if the incorrect item is delivered. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt.
Sizing:
To ensure a perfect fit, please verify your shoe size before placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes or a change of mind. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us.
Color Disclaimer:
Please note that the color of the shoes may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. Such variations do not qualify for a return or refund.
Damage Reporting:
In the rare event that your shoes arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Contact us at info@elitesolez.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing detailed photos of the damage. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.
Return Period:
If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, the return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. While we do not charge a restocking fee, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
