How to Choose Your Pair

Start with the shoe you wear most. If that’s work, pick a dark lace-up or a monk strap. If it’s weekends, a Derby or a pair of boots is the better bet. Colour matters too: black suits formal evenings, brown and tan work almost everywhere, and burgundy or blue adds personality without shouting. If you can only buy one pair, choose a dark brown Derby or Chelsea boot, since both go with most of your wardrobe.

Every pair is made to order by our artisans from genuine leather, and finishes such as patina are painted by hand, so each pair has its own character. Genuine leather moulds to your foot as you wear it, so a pair feels better after a few wears than on day one. All of that takes time, which is why delivery takes about 15 to 18 business days, and shipping is free.

Not sure of your size? Our Size Guide & Chart shows how to measure at home. Brush your shoes after wear, condition the leather every few weeks and keep them on shoe trees. If a pair doesn’t suit you, you have 30 days to return it. If you’d like a different colour or a custom design, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.
